Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing our floral shop. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Flower and Supply Availability & Substitutions
Flowers are natural, seasonal products, and availability may vary based on season, weather, market conditions, and supplier inventory.
While we make every effort to create arrangements exactly as pictured, certain flowers, greenery, containers, or decorative elements may occasionally be unavailable. If this occurs, we reserve the right to substitute unavailable items with flowers or materials of similar style, color, quality, and equal or greater value while maintaining the overall design and aesthetic of the arrangement.
No refunds or discounts will be issued solely due to substitutions made because of product availability.
2. Handmade Products
Every arrangement is handcrafted by our florists. Because flowers are natural products, each arrangement is unique. Minor variations in color, bloom size, flower placement, and overall appearance are normal and should be expected.
3. Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order information—including the recipient's name, delivery address, phone number, requested delivery date, and any personalized messages—is accurate before completing checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated. Factors such as traffic, weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery schedules.
If the recipient is unavailable, we may:

Leave the arrangement in a safe location when appropriate.

Leave it with a neighbor, receptionist, or front desk.

Contact the recipient to arrange delivery.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund if cancellation is requested before work has begun on the arrangement.
Once flowers have been prepared, arranged, or dispatched for delivery, cancellations and refunds may not be available.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photographs of the arrangement to evaluate the concern.
6. Flower Care
Fresh flowers are perishable. Proper care—including clean water, trimming stems, and avoiding direct sunlight or excessive heat—is necessary to maximize vase life. We are not responsible for reduced flower longevity due to improper care or environmental conditions after delivery.
7. Product Images
Photos displayed on our website are representative examples of our designs. Because every arrangement is handcrafted using fresh flowers, the final product may differ slightly from the images shown.
8. Pricing
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or delivery of our products.
